Faculty in the Department of Social Services and Public Administration at the West Virginia University Institute of Technology will award a 2010-2011 Richard C. Flint Scholarship to the son, daughter, or grandchild of a coal miner who was killed in Massey Energy’s Upper Big Branch Mine.
