The WVU Tech American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) student chapter will be sponsoring the 48th Annual ASCE Fall Technical Conference on Thursday, November 15, 2012, on the Montgomery Campus.
The conference will feature practicing engineers, engineering students and faculty from a variety of engineering disciplines. Topics will cover several disciplines such as: structural, transportation, hydraulic and environmental engineering. Conference participants are eligible for five professional development hours, based on the final discretion of the WV State Board of Registration.
“We’re really enthusiastic about the diversity of topics and the expertise for this year’s conference,” explained Ian Webster, civil engineering major and president of the WVU Tech ASCE student chapter.
